General Information

These Terms govern use of this website and apply, where relevant, to quotations, custom printing projects, design services, and commercial orders with SHARPE PRINTING COMPANY, INC. Website descriptions provide general service information. Actual printing specifications, materials, colors, finishing options, pricing, quantities, production schedules, and distribution arrangements must be confirmed through applicable quotations, project approvals, or written agreements.

Services Covered

These Terms may apply to commercial printing, custom printed materials, business stationery, brochures, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, labels, business forms, promotional printing, large-format printing, graphic design, finishing, and distribution services, as applicable to a given project. Not every service or option is available for every product.

Quote Requests and Estimates

Submitting a quote request does not constitute an order or acceptance. Quotations and estimates are based on the information provided and may change if requirements change.

Project Agreements

A project is established only through a written quotation, approval, or other agreement confirmed by both parties. Terms specific to that project control where they differ from these Terms.

Payment Terms

Payment may be invoiced. Deposits or advance payments apply only where stated in the applicable quotation or agreement. Minimum quantities or other conditions apply only where specified.

Customer-Provided Artwork and Specifications

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of artwork, text, and specifications they provide, including review of content before production.

Artwork Approval and Proofing

Where artwork approval or proofing applies to a project, production proceeds according to the approval the customer provides. Approved content is the customer’s responsibility.

Customer-Requested Changes

Changes requested after a quotation or approval may affect pricing, scheduling, and feasibility and must be confirmed.

Production Scheduling

Production schedules are confirmed per project and depend on timely approvals, artwork, and other requirements. Schedules are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are addressed in the applicable quotation or agreement. Work already performed or materials already committed may be billable as agreed.

Printing Variations, Color and Material Differences

Printed results may vary from on-screen displays, samples, or prior orders. Variations in color and material may occur, and acceptable tolerances are those agreed in writing for the project, if any.

Inspection and Acceptance

Customers should inspect finished products promptly upon receipt and notify Sharpe Printing of any concerns in writing, so they can be reviewed under the applicable agreement.

Shipping and Distribution

Where shipping or distribution applies, arrangements, destinations, quantities, and timelines are confirmed through direct communication and the applicable agreement.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Customers retain ownership of their intellectual property. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights or permissions to reproduce logos, photographs, designs, text, and other submitted materials, and agree to be responsible for claims arising from materials they supply.

Warranties

No warranties are made except those expressly provided in writing for a specific project. Otherwise services and the website are provided as is to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sharpe Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, and any liability is limited to the extent set out in the applicable agreement or permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
